For a small-medium event (50-200 people): minimum 8 weeks. For a conference or launch with sponsors: 12-16 weeks. We can do a 4-week fast-track but it dramatically reduces location and supplier options.
Both. We have a shortlist of verified venues in Bucharest, Cluj, Iași, Brașov, Sibiu, Timișoara. If you already have a preferred location, we adapt to it.
Small activation (50 people, 1 day): from €8-15k. Mid launch (150 people, photo + video + PR): €25-50k. Full conference with sponsors and booths: starts at €60k.
We have a core team (project manager, art director, producer, photographer, videographer). For specialized roles (catering, sound, technical scenography) we work with partner suppliers, transparent in the budget.
